نحرص في كاترسبوت على حماية خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع المعلومات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، ومع من نشاركها. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
لا نجمع بيانات مالية ولا أرقام بطاقات داخل التطبيق.
لا نبيع معلوماتك. نشاركها فقط في الحدود اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة:
تُرسل كل هذه النسخ من خوادمنا، لا من متصفّحك. ونعمل على تقليل الحقول المرسلة إلى الحد اللازم لكل غرض.
تُخزّن بيانات التطبيق لدى Supabase ضمن سياسات حماية على مستوى الصفوف.
الاطلاع الكامل على الطلبات وتعديلها أو حذفها يقتصر على الدخول الإداري المصرّح به، ويتطلّب حسابًا يحمل صلاحية إدارية صريحة — لا يكفي مجرد امتلاك حساب.
إنشاء الطلب وتتبّعه متاحان دون تسجيل دخول، لأنهما موجّهان لك كعميل. يتمّان عبر دوال خادمية محدودة الصلاحية تتحقّق من المدخلات وتعيد أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات. ولا يمكن الاطلاع على تفاصيل طلبك كاملة إلا بحيازة رمز التتبّع السرّي المرافق لطلبك؛ ورقم الطلب وحده يكشف حالته العامة فقط دون أي بيانات تواصل.
تُرفع الصور إلى تخزين Supabase ضمن سياسات تشترط الصلاحية الإدارية وتقيّد حجم الملف ونوعه.
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذها وللأغراض التشغيلية والمحاسبية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهّل عند انتفاء الحاجة إليها.
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. للتواصل بشأن ذلك راسلنا عبر بيانات التواصل في نهاية الصفحة.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تعديل أعلاه.

Information we collect. Location: we ask permission to access your location only to suggest the nearest city; it is processed on your device to determine the closest city, and we do not store your precise coordinates. Permission is optional — you may decline and pick your city manually. Order information: the name, phone number, delivery/booking details, and order contents you enter, used to fulfill and deliver your order. Basic technical data needed to run the app.
How we use it. To fulfill orders and bookings, suggest your nearest city, contact you about your order when needed, and operate and improve the service.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed, and all copies are sent from our servers rather than from your browser:
Storage & security. Data is stored with Supabase under row-level security policies.
Full read, modification and deletion of orders are limited to authorized admin access and require an account carrying an explicit admin role — holding an account alone is not sufficient.
Order creation and tracking are available without signing in, because they are meant for you as a customer. Both run through limited server-side functions that validate input and return the minimum data required. Full order details are accessible only with the secret tracking token issued with your order; the order number alone reveals its general status and no contact details.
Images are uploaded to Supabase storage under policies that require admin privileges and restrict file size and type.
Retention. We keep order data as long as needed to fulfill it and for operational/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
